8 seconds faster than last week, so I'm happy that the time is improving. I'm having pain that runs from the joint in my right big toe into my foot, so I just did the warm up, the mile and a little more speed work. I will most likely do another non-running workout later on. I'm torn between wanting to run more to meet my time goals and wanting to rest my foot so I don't end up with some kind of injury.
Have you had this kind of pain before? What did you do?
Eek! I know it is hard to do, but take it easy. You don't want a permanent injury!
