Getting back from a vacation run is always difficult. For some reason the transition from the Disney Princess half back to the real world has been the hardest of all! But, I managed an eight mile run Saturday with team in training and I'm back to meal planning today, so I feel more back on track.
Friday also kicked off my DietBet that will run until March 28, which also gives more incentive to get back to meal planning, cooking and trying new recipes!
Monday- Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken
Tuesday- Babysitter for the Monkeys, headed out for a weekday date night :)
Wednesday- Turkey Stuffed Peppers
Thursday- Crock Pot Sesame Honey Chicken this is a new one, so look for a review at the end of the week.
Friday- Pizza movie night (with homemade pizza) and trying out a whole wheat crust.
Saturday- Asian Turkey Meatballs with Lime Sesame Dipping Sauce
Sunday- Leftovers
